Unless you already have a lot that is build-ready, chances are your first step in the process will be to locate a lot to build your home on.  We will help you locate available lots and work with you to determine which piece of property will be your best option for the type of home you want to build.  If you already have a lot, we can help you choose an appropriate home for your lot.

Not only will you need to consider lot dimensions, set-backs, and zoning, you will also need to have an idea of what type of home you want to build.  We have a portfolio that includes information about local builders and the models/plans they offer.  We have worked with many local builders and can help you by walking you through models and homes that have been built by local builders.

When it comes to deciding what type of amenities you desire, we will look over the builder's information with you and help you compare the differences between builders.  Once your project is underway we will stay with you every step of the way until it is completed.  If you plan on selling after the home is built, we will offer my services as your listing agent at a dramatically reduced rate.
